If you can't find them, take a look at the mini-map in the bottom left of your screen. Then, head to one of these four races: Main Street Drag Race, Dock Quarter Mile, Around the World, or just stay at Downtown Race.
The player should then compete in one Downtown Race, right near the spawn area, just to get a feel for: 1. The starter car is not the most important choice. That being said, if you prefer the appearance or stats of either of the other two cars, choose those. A good driver with the Aries LT can even beat some higher tier cars like Chevron Cruisers. The acceleration difference is honestly unimportant due to upgrades, and starter cars are just so easy to control. The top speed is so superior to the others. My choice here is the Aries LT, and here's why. That leaves the Aries LT and the Forte 1972 Bull. The FV Ladybug, which has the best handling and braking of the bunch, is not a good choice unless you are very unconfident with your skills, because the starter cars are easy to drive anyway.
Your first car will affect your play style until you can grind up to your first real car. When you first load up Driving Simulator, you will be presented with three options for starter cars: the FV Ladybug, the Aries LT, and the Forte 1972 Bull. Important: You won't be able to reset your character while inside a car.
